Plumbing

  • Water leaks - I have worked on CPVC, PVC, Copper, PEX, Cast Iron, and Galvanized Iron pipe systems.
  • Toilets - Dry rot inspection and repair, if needed, is done for all toilet replacements. Tank water lines updated as needed, toilet flange inspected, new toilet bolts used as needed, new wax ring installed, base joint is caulked.
  • Kitchen Sinks - Replacement of sinks and hardware, drains, dishwasher connections, garbage disposals, and faucets. Changing the size of sink cutouts and moving sinks is also possible, but may require extensive work.
  • Bathroom Sinks - Replace existing sinks and hardware, countertops, and more.
